Maps, Directions & Transport
The school is situated to the south east of the City of Cambridge and within easy reach of all major transport routes to Cambridge.
The Netherhall School is served by the Stagecoach Citi1 bus route which stops directly outside the College and runs every 10 minutes from the City centre and Railway Station. Students will qualify for a concessionary bus pass if they live three miles or more away from the College, provided that it is the ‘nearest appropriate centre’. Passes are issued by Cambridgeshire LEA, and students can obtain the relevant application forms before they join us by downloading them from the following website: www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/post16edtransport
Some students will be eligible for free passes. All passes have to be renewed termly. Stagecoach Cambus have an agreement with Education Transport and can issue a GoldRider ticket; this enables students to travel at any time. Bus passes from other providers require an additional charge to extend the use of the bus pass throughout the day. To view timetables please go to www.stagecoachbus.com/timetables.aspx

For those students who cycle to school, we provide secure bike sheds which ae locked during the day. Each year group has their own allocated bike shed in order to facilitate an organised approach to arriving and leaving the site.
Students who are eligible for a bus pass but who wish to cycle to college may apply for a grant of £40 per term to subsidise their costs.
The college has NO available parking for Sixth Form students, unless there is a medical need or disability.
For those students who arrive by car, the turning circle at the front of the school allows for safe and easy access away from the main road.
