How will you study?
You will research and investigate a wide range of issues relating to travel and tourism. These will be based around a series of assignments which aim to provide you with the knowledge and understanding needed for examination and portfolio success.
Case studies will be used to provide students with real examples of the travel and tourism industry; currently these include excursions to BAA Stansted, visitor attractions and the Menzies Hotel Group.
