RE-SITS AND PAYMENTS

Any student wishing to re-sit an exam can do so at his/her own expense.

Re-sit requests must be made using the appropriate form which is available from the Exams Office.  The form should be completed, signed as necessary and returned to the Exams Office well within the deadline shown on the form.  Payment must accompany the request.  Late submissions will incur a penalty charge which is double the original fee with very late entries costing three times the original fee.

Students who miss a public exam without any reasonable cause will be charged for that exam if they wish to retake it at a later date.

Students who are part of a group specifically designated to study for a retake of GCSE Maths and/or English will be entered as part of the group and will not need to pay for such exams.  Entries will be made by the teacher responsible for the group.

All requests for Post Results Services must be paid by students and/or departments.  Requests will be made by the Exams Officer on behalf of the student/department.  Details of deadlines and charges normally accompany students’ results but are also available from the Exams Office.

The Exams Office cannot be held responsible for any requests/entries/payments that are not delivered in person
